Requirements

Grippy socks are required for all kids in the play area (available for purchase at the cafe).
One adult must stay on-site with their child(ren) during the party.
Please complete the MiniSota waiver before arriving (link below).
If your child is sick or recently had a fever, please skip this one and celebrate with us another time.

Play Cafe Notes

The play space is designed like a little city (gym, post office, grocery, etc.) — kids can roam and explore.
Please supervise your kids and keep food/drinks in the cafe area.
Follow all staff guidance and posted rules inside the play area.

Filling this out in advance makes check-in fast and easy.

Please RSVP by February 10, 2026 so we can plan snacks and goodie bags.
